By commissioning me you agree to the following
I, as the Artist...
Maintain the rights to post my work in any form.
Maintain the right to post commissions to my social media for advertising. HOWEVER, I will not post pieces upon request.
Maintain the right to turn down any commission.
Maintain the right to post my art while working on your commission
You, as the Buyer...
Acknowledge that my Commissions are for personal use only
Acknowledge that Using my work for AI is prohibited
Acknowledge that Listed prices are a base price, and that prices may increase depending on the added details and complexity of the commission
May NOT reprint your commission for a profit. [NFTS INCLUDED]
MAY print your commission for personal use.
May edit, crop, and resize the art I give you. HOWEVER, I require you still properly credit me for the piece.
May post artwork to your own personal website/social media, but should be properly credited or linked back to me.
May request small edits and corrections to finished pieces. Large edits and redraws must be paid for.
Payment and Refunds!
Payment Via PayPal, USD only.
Commission process begins only when payment is received.
I will wait one full week (7 days) for payment before throwing out your slot.
Price will raise if you want me to be done by a certain time.
REFUNDS: I allow full refunds before I've begun work. (Ex: haven’t started, idea sketch, + messy sketch portion)
No refund if I’m halfway through (ex: rendering portion)
no refund once I've finished your piece.
